I spent nearly two decades building and running global businesses... teams, partners, and clients across North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America, and all the complexity that comes with leading at that scale.  What I didn't expect was what happened when I left.  In the space that opened up, I finally did the work I'd been putting off: the deep personal work.  Figuring out who I actually am, what genuinely drives me, and what kind of leader... and person... I want to be.  That work changed me.  And it's the reason I show up the way I do now.  I'm not a consultant with a framework.  I'm someone who has occupied your seat, navigated your pressure, and genuinely cares what happens next for you.

 

An Integrator doesn't just run the machine.  They hold the tension between vision and reality.  I bring curiosity to every gap I find, candor to every hard conversation, and relentless action to everything that needs to move.  I lead with vulnerability, building trust with the Visionary and their leadership team so that the right conversations happen and the tough issues get solved.

 

Through coaching and advisory work, I help leaders push past what's blocking them and go deep enough to understand why it was there in the first place.  I challenge people to truly know who they are, understand how they got here, and embrace the person they've become.  That kind of work doesn't happen on the surface. It takes honesty, trust, and someone who isn't afraid to ask the question no one else will ask.
