I spent nearly two decades building and running global businesses... teams, partners, and clients across North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America, and all the complexity that comes with leading at that scale.​

I navigated a legacy business through sharp revenue decline, and subsequently led the growth of a new initiative from $300K to over $40M.  I have felt the pressure of tough decisions, of changing structures, of cutting costs, and of letting people go.  I won't pretend that was easy. It wasn't.

What I learned in that period, about what actually matters, what to hold onto and what to let go of, how to lead when the pressure is at its worst, is knowledge you cannot get from a business school or a coaching program.  â€‹I'm not telling you this to impress you. I'm telling you because if your business is stuck, shrinking, or not growing the way you know it should, I've been there... exactly there... and I know the way through.

In the space that opened up when I left my CEO role, I finally did the work I'd been putting off... the deep personal work... learning exactly who I am, and why... what genuinely drives me, and what kind of leader, and person, I want to be.  That work changed me.  And it's the reason I show up the way I do now.  I'm not a consultant with a framework.  I'm someone who has occupied your seat, navigated your pressure, and genuinely cares what happens next for you.
