I work alongside Visionaries who run their businesses on EOS®, orchestrating their plans, sustainably growing their businesses, and helping them to achieve The EOS Life ®.

​The process is simple and comprehensive.  First, I learn about your business and understand your goals.  We agree on a strategy, communicate the plan to the company, and ensure alignment across all teams.  The business structure and processes are optimized to achieve maximum efficiency and performance, and key metrics that predict future results are consistently monitored.  Once it is ensured that all systems, teams, and processes are running smoothly, my replacement is identified, and the transition to the "right" permanent Integrator takes place.

My engagements do not last forever, generally 6-24 months.  The work is done, a transition is made, and I move on to help another ambitious Visionary.​
